The Team

Outspoken was established in 2005 with the aim of being the best courier company in Cambridge. Since then, we have grown steadily and now provide services to over 200 businesses.

We run a small close-knit team of couriers and office staff who come from diverse backgrounds but are united in their love of cycling. Many of the riders are part-time, combining cycling around other work and interests such as research, graphic design, radio and youth work. It's a lifestyle choice; keeping healthy and enjoying being outside in our lovely city. All of our riders are fully trained to the national standards of cycling. 

Together with our sister business, Outspoken Training, we provide many tangible benefits to the community, including:

• helping businesses to reduce their carbon footprint by choosing emission-free courier services
• helping local authorities and schools to reduce traffic congestion and improve learning by increasing school travel by bicycle
• encouraginig children and adults to cycle more often and more safely through cycle training and cycle maintenance training
• strengthening the well-being of the workforce by encouraging cycle commuting
